  1. Resident creates a work order
  2. Manager assigns a work order to a vendor, or issues a RFP to multiple vendors
  3. Vendor is notified and uploads proposal(s)
  4. Managers/Board Members review proposals which have been uploaded.
  5. Manager awards proposal
  6. Vendor is notified, performs work
  7. Manager closes work order.
